Here’s a really cool combination of several abdominal and core exercises from a real-life personal training session.

Actually, most of the videos you see are the very exercises that I train clients with. Most people see results in about 3.5 weeks when incorporating these exercises with even a slightly better meal plan.

The movements might seem a bit odd, or even easy, but when you try them, whoa, that’s different. Enjoy this combo, and try it out. You might see something new.
