This is to get strong but also lean, for  the core, posture and toning. Perfect for models, pageants, and those looking to get sculpted.

These circuit workouts are total body workouts done with only a few pieces of equipment in each workout.

These workouts are also low impact without much jumping, so its easy on the joints.

build your strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility in each workout.

Each workout has 9 exercises that are done for 90 seconds each, with a 10 second break in between.

One circuit will take approximately 15 minutes, do the circuit twice for a 30 minute total body workout.
