These circuit workouts are low impact total body workouts. sometimes they focus slightly more on particular areas, which you can view in it’s description.


Each circuit has 9 different exercises to be done for 90 seconds each, with a 10 second rest in between. The workout lasts 15 minutes so if you have time you can do in twice in a row making it a 30 minute workout.
